Meet our LifePoint Campus Coordinator!

We are thrilled to introduce Mrs. Shaley Higginbotham, the LifePoint Campus Coordinator for Seneca Classical Academy’s newest location! As we expand to meet the growing need for Christ-centered education in the Seneca area, it’s clear that God is on the move—and we are honored to be a part of His work through this new campus.

Mrs. Shaley Higginbotham LifePoint Campus Coordinator

Mrs. Higginbotham shares:

“The fact that SCA is growing is proof that God is on the move in the Seneca and surrounding areas, and I am honored and excited to be part of His great plan as we expand to the LifePoint Campus.”

With a background that spans multiple states and even overseas, she brings a wealth of experience to the role. Originally from Pendleton, she and her husband, Matt—a military veteran—have journeyed through 26 years in the Army, raising two sons and working with both students and military families along the way. Now settled back in the Upstate, she’s deeply involved in her local church, hosting a small group and supporting a new church plant, Village Church.

From the very beginning of SCA, she’s been part of our family—and now she’s leading the charge at LifePoint. Her heart is to create a warm, loving environment where students are encouraged to grow in Christ and deepen their understanding of the world around them.

“My hope is that the LifePoint campus is an extension of the loving, Christian environment found at SCA. One goal is to help foster and encourage students as they learn and grow in their love of Christ and their understanding of the world around them.”

Her favorite verses reflect her desire to walk closely with the Lord:

Proverbs 3:5-8 “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Be not wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and turn away from evil.”

Psalm 46: 10-11 “Be still and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations; I will be exalted in the earth! The Lord of hosts is with us; and the God of Jacob is our fortress.”
